To arrange to pick up a CD of your images please call 679-2441 Please be advised that to ensure the security of your records, release of X-rays requires a written signed release from the patient. Valid ID is required when picking up Radiology CD's Requests for reports should be directed to the medical records department. They may be reached at (860) 679-2698
